I am Russian.

A man in a suit is draped in a Russian flag and holds a document while being embraced by another man in a suit; the man in the suit smiles and holds up the document as the other man claps, with a microphone and a crowd visible in the foreground. The scene cuts to three men sitting on a railing outdoors, looking forward and speaking, with a large building in the background.
