I know Barry

A character in a dark, fur-lined coat and futuristic armor stands on a jagged ice formation, then turns to face a second character in a blue and gold suit with a lightning bolt emblem. The second character, who has glowing yellow eyes and a lightning motif on his helmet, steps forward and raises his arm as if preparing to unleash an energy attack, while the first character holds a large weapon with a glowing blue component. The scene takes place in a vast, icy environment with towering crystalline structures and solar panels in the background.
