A white cartoon cat stands in a dimly lit basement, first looking at a pipe with a red valve, then turning and walking toward a larger vertical pipe. The cat reaches the larger pipe and turns its wheel, causing a massive gush of water to erupt from a horizontal pipe above, flooding the room. The cat stands in the middle of the flood, looking at the water.
