I'm the tsar now

A cartoon king with a yellow crown and long blue beard stands in a doorway, initially holding his hands together, then spreading them wide, and finally placing them on his hips while looking around with a stern expression. The setting is a room with a red carpet and a large arched doorway with decorative patterns.
