Luna's rat

A wet, dark-furred animal, resembling a rodent or small mammal, sits in a concrete basin, repeatedly shaking its head and body in a vigorous, jerking motion. The animal's fur is matted and slick, and it appears to be trying to dislodge water, with its limbs moving erratically as it remains in the basin.
