Dick flop

A white object is seen falling from the sky, moving from an elevated position above a parking lot at night, through a city skyline during the day, and finally landing on a red car's hood before continuing to fall onto a paved surface. The object, a small, light-colored, elongated item, is first visible as a distant, blurry shape against the night sky, then appears as a dark silhouette against a city backdrop, and is later seen in close-up on the red car's hood before falling to the ground.
