A man in a dark sweater and grey pants stands on a red and white stage, holding papers and speaking to a panel of three men seated in red chairs, then turns and walks away from the camera toward the panel; the camera cuts to a close-up of two of the seated men, then to a close-up of a third man in a cardigan, all against a backdrop of purple and white illuminated panels.
