Brutal grandpa

An older man with long hair, wearing a gray t-shirt, stands indoors in a room with a bookshelf, holding a small object in his hand. He brings the object to his mouth, then quickly throws his head back and to the side, causing a white, smoke-like substance to erupt from his mouth and travel upward in a vertical stream. He then returns to a forward-facing position, still holding the object, and brings it to his mouth again.
