A man in a fur hat and patterned coat sits on a bed, turns to face a bookshelf, then stands and walks toward the camera, revealing his face as he speaks. The scene cuts to a close-up of a tape recorder with red tape, then back to the man speaking. The setting is a simple room with a bookshelf, a chair, and a bed.
