A first-person view shows a player holding a revolver in a dimly lit, dilapidated corridor, moving forward as a large, grotesque creature labeled "DEATHCLAW" emerges from a doorway ahead. The player turns and runs down the corridor, away from the creature, as the environment shifts to a slightly brighter area with a jukebox and a poster on the wall.
