Son of a b*tch

A black-and-white animated character with large eyes and a round head moves from a lying position to sitting up, then gives a thumbs-up gesture while smiling, all within a simple indoor setting with a striped wall and a small table; the sequence ends with a sudden red-tinted close-up of the character's face.
