in St. Pete

A man in a light shirt and tie dances energetically in a decorated hall, raising his arms and moving his legs in a lively, exaggerated manner, while another man crouches and claps in the foreground; a woman in a white dress enters the frame and begins to dance with the man as a second man in a white shirt joins them, all moving across the polished floor.
