An older man with white hair, wearing a black turtleneck, smiles and looks upward in a medical operating room with green walls. The scene alternates with a wider view showing a woman in a brown cardigan and a man in a blue shirt standing beside a patient on an operating table, with the older man standing on the opposite side, as the woman gestures while speaking.
