A man in a cap and glasses stands beside a large, cylindrical object wrapped in pink and white patterned paper, which has a hole revealing a face with black makeup and a red mouth. He looks at the object, turns his head slightly, and speaks, while the object remains stationary. The setting is an unfinished room with exposed walls and a ladder.
