Event Horizon

A grotesquely disfigured, blood-covered humanoid creature with a distorted face and exposed flesh repeatedly lunges forward with its hands outstretched, its mouth open in a silent scream, in a dark, industrial environment with blue lighting. The creature's head is shown in close-up, revealing a severed, bloody appendage protruding from its mouth, and it is seen in a confrontation with a terrified man who is also covered in blood.
