A character in a blue winter coat operates a mounted machine gun, firing at an unseen target with muzzle flashes and sparks visible against a dark, stormy sky. The scene cuts to a young child in a white coat and red hat standing on a moving train, looking down at the snow-covered ground below. The sequence then shows a live-action soldier in a helmet manning a machine gun on a military vehicle, with other tanks and soldiers in the background during a battle.
