Slanting

Two men are in a dimly lit room with concrete walls. One man, wearing a white tank top, lies on a bed with a pillow, while the other man, in a dark jacket, leans over him. The man in the tank top suddenly sits up, gasping and looking distressed, as the man in the jacket watches him with a concerned expression. The man in the tank top then lies back down, and the man in the jacket leans over him again, repeating the cycle.
