don't play hard to get

A young boy with brown hair and a yellow shirt is being violently bitten by a large, pale blue, amorphous creature with sharp teeth, which has its hand on the boy's head; the boy's face contorts in pain and fear as he is squeezed and bitten, with green vomit appearing on his face, before the creature releases him and he is left with a shocked, wide-eyed expression. The scene takes place in a cluttered, indoor environment with metallic and wooden structures.
