A blue-haired anime girl with blood-stained clothing and a knife stands in a room with red stains on the floor, looking down at the camera as the text "Margot-Chan" appears and moves across the screen. The scene then cuts to a brown-haired anime girl in a similar blood-stained outfit, standing in the same room with a body lying in the background.
