Fire!

On a dimly lit stage with red curtains, a performer in a dark, period-style costume stands center stage, holding a long, thin object horizontally and moving it back and forth in a sweeping gesture. Surrounding them, a group of other performers in varied historical costumes are arranged in a semi-circle, some standing and others sitting or kneeling on the stage floor, remaining mostly still as the central figure performs the repeated motion.
