Friday in gym

A woman in an orange top and black pants lies face down on a wooden apparatus, her body extended horizontally as she holds a long bar with both hands, while a man in a white shirt sits on a blue exercise ball behind her, holding the other end of the bar; the scene remains static in a gym with red walls, wooden floors, and exercise equipment in the background.
