Why Why Why

An anime character with long white hair and a blue scarf stands with arms outstretched against a golden, tiled background. The scene cuts to a close-up of a character's eye in a dimly lit, reddish environment, then to a girl in a school uniform standing atop a flower stem surrounded by large blue flowers under a bright sky. The sequence loops between these three distinct scenes.
