What's that smell?

A man with a beard and tattoos on his arms, wearing a black t-shirt with "BRAZZERS" printed on it, holds his nose with both hands and squeezes it tightly, then releases his hands and smiles at the camera. The scene takes place against a dark background with two illuminated lights on either side.
