what-what

A man in a trench coat grabs another man by the collar and lifts him off a bench, then the scene cuts to a close-up of the man being grabbed with a shocked expression, followed by a close-up of a man in a blue uniform with a large mustache, who then clenches his fist. The setting is an indoor room with orange walls, a wooden bench, and a bulletin board.
