Michael Jackson performs a dance routine in a vibrant, colorful urban setting, pointing at the camera, gesturing with his arms, and moving rhythmically while surrounded by a crowd of people and musicians playing drums. He appears on a balcony, on a rooftop overlooking a city, and in the streets, wearing different outfits including a red shirt and a white t-shirt with a peace symbol, as the scene alternates between close-ups of his performance and shots of the surrounding environment.
