That's the question

A man in a dark suit stands behind a desk, gesturing with his hands while speaking to another man seated at the desk, who is writing on paper; the standing man leans forward and then straightens up as he continues to speak. The scene takes place in an office with a tall wooden grandfather clock and a green wall.
