I drink to the last drop

A man in a black shirt and dark sunglasses holds a small glass of orange liquid, brings it to his lips, and drinks it in one motion, tilting his head back. After finishing, he lowers the glass, makes a satisfied expression, and touches his neck. The scene takes place indoors against a green wall and a light-colored ceiling.
