About the weather

A news anchor in a studio presents a report on a large, rotating storm cloud that resembles a human face, with the text "Beware of 'Vladimir'" displayed on screen; the scene transitions to a full-screen view of the storm cloud, which slowly moves and changes shape against a dark sky, with trees visible in the foreground.
