Huh? whut?

A character in a grey hooded coat stands in a dimly lit, overgrown outdoor environment, their face contorted in a grotesque expression as they slowly lean forward and then back, repeating the motion. The scene is viewed from a first-person perspective with a video game user interface visible, including a mini-map, health and ammo counters, and a prompt to interact with the character.
