A man with a mustache and black sleeveless shirt screams while holding a sword in a dark, industrial setting. The scene cuts to a blurry, low-resolution shot of a person in a dark environment, possibly a bathroom, with a red object near a drain, followed by a close-up of a fish-like creature with a red object in its mouth.
