A man in a blue basketball jersey stands next to a car when a woman in a white outfit runs up and grabs his shorts, pulling them down to reveal his underwear. He reacts with surprise and anger, turning to face her as she runs away, and he gives chase. The scene takes place outdoors in a residential area with a chain-link fence and trees in the background.
