The dog is dancing

A shirtless boy in yellow shorts dances and gestures toward a white dog, which stands on a concrete surface and howls upward, while a large painted Brazilian flag serves as the backdrop. The boy repeatedly shifts his weight and moves his arms in a rhythmic, dance-like motion, while the dog maintains its upward gaze and vocalization throughout the loop.
