Left childless

A man in a white t-shirt and cap stands beside a woman seated on a chair, holding a metal tray, while a woman in a white coat, resembling a doctor, pretends to give the seated woman an injection in the arm. The seated woman reacts with exaggerated fear and laughter, flinching and pulling her arm away, as the man in the cap swings the tray downward in a mock attack. The scene takes place indoors against a red roller door and a white wall with a poster.
