God's plan

SpongeBob SquarePants and Gary the snail appear in a series of still images, with SpongeBob initially asking "do you love me?" and then being shown in various altered forms, including a slicked-back hair style with the text "i tell her only partly," a running pose with "i only love my bed," a distorted version with a small character and "sweat," and finally a glowing green version with "sorry" in yellow and red text, all set against a plain white background.
