Whip vs Khachik

A man in a black shirt and jeans stands in a grassy yard with trees, swinging a long, white, flexible object like a whip or rope in wide arcs. He moves his arms and body in a sweeping motion, causing the object to fly through the air, while two other men stand on either side, watching. One man on the left remains still, while the man on the right is later seen lying on the ground.
