wtf?

Three people stand before a white wall, their shadows cast upon it, as a man in a blue jacket and black collar presses his hand against the surface. The scene cuts to a man in a green shirt and patterned shorts sitting atop another man in a suit and sunglasses, both positioned in a narrow, light-colored corridor; the man on top moves his arms and mouth in exaggerated expressions while the man below looks up and gestures. The scene cuts again to a bald man in a blue suit and black bow tie, sitting in a car with a pink interior, his mouth open in surprise.
