Can't stand you

A pink-haired man in a tan coat stands on a city street at night, holding a gun, then aims it forward; the scene cuts to a band performing on stage under bright lights, then returns to the man aiming the gun, followed by a shot of a white-haired girl standing on a rooftop at night, ending with a close-up of her face.
