A man in a white t-shirt and light-colored shorts performs a forward roll over a large purple exercise ball on a blue mat in a gym, while another man in a black t-shirt watches from the side. The man uses the ball as a prop to launch into the roll, completing the movement with his body arcing over the ball before landing on his feet.
