VANDAL BEAR

A man in a black hoodie stands on a sidewalk next to a public notice board, repeatedly performing a gesture of running his hands through his hair and then pointing at the board, before bending down to look at it. The scene is set in a residential area with bare trees, parked cars, and apartment buildings in the background.
