Where to go in?

A man in a suit stands at a wooden podium in a formal chamber, speaking into microphones and gesturing with a pen, then looks up and continues his address. The scene abruptly cuts to a person lying on a bed in a dimly lit room, viewed from a low angle, followed by a blurry shot of a room with scattered objects on the floor.
