Brilliant green

A man in a black leather jacket sits in the driver's seat of a car, initially looking down at the gear shift before turning to face the camera and holding up a green bottle labeled "ЗЕЛЕНКА" (Zelenka), a topical antiseptic, while speaking. The interior of the car, including the steering wheel, dashboard, and a yellow duck hanging from the rearview mirror, is visible, with a bright, overcast outdoor scene seen through the windshield.
