Great watch

Three men in uniform stand in an office, with one holding a device made of dynamite sticks and a clock; the man in the center adjusts the clock, while the man on the right reaches for his belt, and the man on the left watches intently. The scene is set indoors, likely in a police station or office, with framed pictures on the wall and a lamp in the background.
