The video cycles through four distinct images: a girl in a pink uniform with the text "Smile Sadistic," a girl in a yellow uniform with "Sister Imouto," a girl hanging upside down with "Idol Surprise," and a computer screen showing a character profile with the gender listed as male. Each image is displayed in a loop, with the background color changing from pink to yellow to green to black.
