A woman with curly hair in a maroon jacket speaks passionately into a microphone, raising her right hand in a gesture while standing outdoors in front of a building with columns. She moves her hand from a thumbs-up to an open palm and then points upward as she speaks, her expression shifting from a smile to a shout. A woman with glasses stands behind her, looking on. The scene is set outdoors in front of a building with columns and a decorative metal fence. A news ticker with Georgian text runs along the bottom of the screen.
