Commander-in-chief

A man with short brown hair and a black long-sleeved shirt with a red armband speaks into a microphone at a podium, his mouth moving and hands gesturing slightly as he addresses an unseen audience in front of a white backdrop with text in a non-Latin script. The scene then cuts to a woman with curly grey hair and a blue jacket, who is speaking directly to the camera with a serious expression, set against a green wall with windows.
