Noice

A man in a patterned shirt and jeans stands in a paved public square, speaking into a microphone held in his right hand, while a woman with sunglasses stands to his right with her arms crossed and other people are visible in the background; the scene is interrupted when a man in a blue shirt and backpack runs across the frame from left to right, obscuring the view. The setting is an outdoor urban plaza in front of a large building with many windows.
