Wild dancing

A police officer in a dark uniform with "АПС" on the back stands in a wide, bent-knee stance in the middle of a road, facing a black car, and repeatedly swings his right arm forward in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. The scene takes place at a checkpoint with a red and white striped barrier, other cars, and people in the background.
