For the Air Force

A small dog wearing a red outfit runs back and forth under a metal frame structure on a dirt path, repeatedly tripping and falling backward onto its back. The dog's legs kick into the air as it lands, then it gets up and repeats the motion. The setting is an outdoor area with grass and a paved surface in the background.
