In a dimly lit room illuminated by a single candle, a man with a shaved head and a patterned garment sits while another man in a brown tunic leans over him, holding a small object near his mouth. The scene cuts to a close-up of a dark, textured surface with a sharp blade pressing into it, then returns to the two men as the man in the tunic appears to be feeding or administering something to the seated man using a small tool.
