Fingerpuppets

A man with dark hair and a scarred face looks down solemnly as a small, white, humanoid figure with a cylindrical head is held up in front of him, its arm raised, while a man with white hair stands beside him in a dimly lit, red-hued room. The scene cuts to a man and a woman standing on a platform in a dark, industrial setting with bright lights, then to a close-up of a furry, brown creature with a wide, open mouth.
